Writing About Play - Resource Pack

Based on the in-person professional learning sessions held in late 2023, this package provides teachers with a raft of practicial resources for the classroom, including readings, writing activities and model pieces to use with students.

Each pack contains downloadable links to:
A student workbook to be used in classes, including practical resources to help build effective writing habits. Each booklet contains readings about the mentor texts, spaces for drafting of ideas, suggestions for writing, sample pieces to model writing on and more.
Advice as to how to best use the mentor texts, as well as how to encourage students to generate insightful and effective ideas for writing.
Over an hour of video recordings, explaining the resources and providing further advice as to how to teach this unit of work effectively.
